My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that sustainable leadership effectiveness emerges from self-awareness, clarity of intent, and conscious action, not from technique alone.
I bring
both organizational understanding and human depth to my work, with over two decades of leadership and facilitation experience, and more than ten years of professional coaching practice. I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and accredited by EMCC Global as a Senior Practitioner and Team Coach.

my coaching is my focus on the human experience of leadership – how leaders relate to power, responsibility, aspiration, and limitation. I do not “fix” leaders. I work with them as thinking, feeling, accountable adults who are shaping outcomes through who they are, not just what they do.
