18 years in the international business environment, 20+ years in NLP, 3+ years in professional coaching.
I arrived in Italy in 2010, leaving a leadership position in Russia. I didn’t know the language and had no technical education — yet within three months I began working in an international company despite the economic crisis. This experience confirmed one thing for me: inner clarity and emotional intelligence can change everything. Now I support other professionals on their journey — with less stress and greater confidence.
