Free 30-minute online meeting to discuss goals, requests, context, and format of work. This stage is about understanding and choosing.

Step 2️⃣: Goal Setting

We assess the situation, identify priorities, and create an individual development plan focused on Your results.

Step 3️⃣: Regular Sessions

Online or offline. Each session combines deep dialogue, mindfulness practice, and exercises to consolidate skills and develop new behavioral strategies.

Step 4️⃣: Support Between Sessions

Feedback and support via WhatsApp/Telegram for questions, clarifications, and maintaining focus.

Step 5️⃣: Outcomes and Next Stage

We evaluate results, track changes, and build a plan for further growth.
