Brian Tracy is the Lead Pastor of Evangel Assembly in Wilbraham, MA, which he founded in 1996. He has led the church since 1996, through 3 building campaigns and the establishment of a 5 day a week pre-school, serving the community. Brian built and leads a staff of 5 full time and 8 part time employees.  Brian has also served as the Executive Presbyter for the West Massachusetts Region of the Southern New England Ministry Network, overseeing churches and ministers in the region for over 23 years. Brian also serves as an adjunct professor for Northpoint Seminary in the field of practical theology.

Brian has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies/Pastoral Ministry from Central Bible College, a Masters in Religious Education degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership and Renewal from Regent University. Brian also holds the PCC (professional certified coach) credential from ICF (international coach federation). He is a licensed coach trainer with Coach Approach Ministries and a feedback coach for the master’s level coaching program at Western Seminary. Brian specializes in High Performance Pattern (HPP) coaching, StrengthsFinder coaching, and conflict resolution coaching (Brian is a certified conflict mediator and conflict medication trainer through the Mediation Training Institute of Eckerd College).

Brian is involved in coaching both leaders and their teams to help them accomplish their goals and perform at their best level. He is also involved in the training and mentoring of new leaders and coaches as well as the creation and maintenance of leadership systems within organizations. Brian has been married over 30 year to Cristie Tracy and they have two sons and two grandsons.
