What if what you are feeling isn&#8217;t how you are doing? What if getting it all out on paper made it easier to manage?<\/p>\n<p>My own journalling practice has changed over time from schoolchild &#8220;Dear Diary&#8221; and adult recordings of my day-to-day activities, musings and emotions, to thorough self-reflection with the aim of self-improvement and gratitude lists.<\/p>\n<p>The darkness of burnout and the brain fog of perimenopause characterised probably the longest period of my life of not journalling. But in recovery I have taken up new and rather different, although very simple ways, of emptying my head and reflecting on my emotions that I would like to share with you, in the hope that they might be of benefit on your journey.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a woman struggling with stress or recovering from burnout, or know a woman who is, this workshop is for you\/her.
