Softer goals to nurture body and soul, to nurture us and nobody else?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In this workshop we will be looking at self-care goals only, discussing what self-care means to you and your fellow participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">What soft self-care goals could you set for yourself this January? What are good strategies for achieving them? And what could get in the way of that?
