We have heard that inner voice, sometimes on repeat, over and over again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">And it kept us from moving on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">There are, however, other ways of talking to ourselves, and we would like to share some of our own tips and tricks with you, including on the cultivation of self-compassion that we find so important for turning that critical inner voices into kinder and more loving words of wisdom.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201c<i>May you give yourself the compassion that you need<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Gabriela and Tina<\/p>\n<p>If you are a woman struggling with stress or recovering from burnout, or know a woman who is, this workshop is for you\/her.
