We fail to to take time to think about what we really want or if we are really happy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">We don\u2019t stop, we keep doing rather than being.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">This workshop is designed to help you build a reflection practice, with or without spiritual elements, meditation, journalling or creativity<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">We will also discuss what you need to carry it out &#8211; and how you can ensure space and time for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Come reflect with me and your fellow participants.
