Trained following an English school, I am able to coach in English and Italian (mother tongue) . I have experience of international business and career coaching, working with the coachees to achieve professional and organizational goals, supporting change management, career progressions, organizational changes, performance management, etc. Working in partnership with the coachees (and their line managers), I support the success of the individual and in turn the organization. I also have experience of life/personal coach mainly supporting foreign executives and managers to join the Italian culture.
