As you would expect, our coaching sessions are completely confidential, although of course subject to our constitutional laws which require knowledge of any unlawful activity to be reported to the relevant authorities, includes the danger of harm to self or others and retrospective disclosure or current disclosure of abuse (more information available on this if requested). All written information relating to your sessions, including your contact details, are covered by the guidelines issued by the Data Protection Agency and are compliant with the GDPR regulations enforced by the EU from May 25th 2018.
