
One-on-one executive coaching
You will have a structured program of one-on-one executive coaching sessions where you can clarify your goals, gain self-awareness, identify inspiring goals, choose actionable steps, and implement your decisions. Each session will be 60-90 minutes either in -person or via Zoom. You are encouraged to keep a journal to document your personal growth and development.

Mentor Coaching
In addition to coaching conversations, you can also ask for advice from me as the mentor. By sharing my experience and perspective at your request, you can gain more information and insights. It will hopefully further accelerate your understanding of the situation as well as your decision-making.

Online Course
You can also sign on Online Courses created and managed by me to zoom in on specific topics and hone your skills. These interactive courses provide a very structured ways to work through challenges to fully unleash your potential!
