I live and work in complexity.

I am an ICF-accredited ACC Coach with a background in Business Administration and Marketing, and over 20+ years of professional experience in demanding business environments, including a family business context.
I grew up in a family of freelancers and today I am an executive in a small–medium family business. This experience has shaped my understanding of responsibility, pressure, and decision-making from the inside out.

I hold a BA in Marketing and an MBA in Business Administration Concentration in Finance from the University of La Verne (California, USA), and I am a graduate of the ICF-certified program Coaching Skills and Tools in Practice (HRE, 2021) and (Level 2, 2025).
Alongside coaching, my professional path includes continuous education in areas such as internal audit, logistics, recruiting, quality and safety systems (ISO, HACCP, OHSAS), social media marketing, leadership coaching, and organizational behavior.

I understand complexity not as theory, but as lived experience.
This allows me to work comfortably with people who carry multiple roles, face ongoing pressure, or experience tension and conflict in their professional or personal lives.

As a single parent and mother of two teenagers, I also understand the realities of balancing leadership, care, boundaries, and self-expectations in everyday life.

My work combines structured thinking with deep listening, always respecting each person’s pace and context.
I don’t give advice.
I help people think better, lead themselves better, and act with confidence.

My purpose is to help people strengthen their inner leadership and improve their quality of life.
I do this through presence, clarity, and honest dialogue, working in a way that is practical, human, and grounded.
My approach is dynamic and creative, focused on turning challenges into learning and forward movement.

I offer individual coaching sessions, online or in person, to clients in Greece and internationally.
