Contact

Choosing a coach is a personal decision.

If you are curious about coaching or would like to see whether working together feels right, you are welcome to book a free chemistry call or contact me directly.

I am available via email and messaging, and sessions can be booked online.

Below you’ll find answers to common questions about coaching, pricing, and commitment.

Q&As Section 1 - free chemistry call

What happens in the free chemistry call?

The chemistry call is a 30-minute conversation to explore your current situation, your expectations, and whether coaching together is the right fit.
There is no obligation and no pressure. We work together only if there is mutual alignment.

b) Is the chemistry call really free?

Yes. The chemistry call is offered as a space for mutual exploration and alignment.
There is no obligation to continue.

c) What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?

That’s exactly what the chemistry call is for. Clarity comes before commitment.

Q&As Section 2 - Pricing

How is coaching priced?

Coaching fees reflect the depth of the work, the level of commitment involved, and alignment with ICF professional standards.
Pricing is discussed transparently during the chemistry call, once we confirm that working together is the right fit.

b) Why isn’t pricing listed on the website?

Coaching is not a one-size-fits-all service.
Fees depend on the type of support, duration, and rhythm that best serves your goals and capacity.
Discussing pricing after alignment ensures clarity and fairness for both sides.

c) What payment options are available?

Payment terms are discussed during the chemistry call and confirmed before we begin working together.

Q&As Section 3 - What do I do?

Do you give advice or tell me what to do?

No.
I don’t give advice or solutions. Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you think clearly, make your own decisions, and act with confidence and responsibility.

Q&As Section 4 - Therapy / counselling

Is coaching therapy or counselling?

No.
Coaching focuses on the present and future, not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
If therapy or specialised support is needed, I will always encourage appropriate referral.

Q&As Section 5 - how long does coaching last?

How long does coaching usually last?

That depends on your goals and your pace.
Some clients come for a focused issue, others choose a structured process over several months. Progress is reviewed regularly.

Q&As Section 6 - Confidentiality

Is coaching confidential?

Yes.
All sessions are confidential and conducted according to the ICF Code of Ethics.

Q&As Section 7 - Duration

Is there a minimum commitment?

No.
You can begin with a single session or a defined package. Any continuation is reviewed and agreed intentionally.

Can I stop coaching if it doesn’t feel right?

Yes.
Coaching is a voluntary partnership. Either party may pause or end the collaboration if it no longer serves its purpose.
