This is Balasubramanian. I live in India, Tamil Nadu, Chennai. Starting my careers as an accountant with Logos like MRF tyres and Tatas, for the initial 10 years, joined the HR fraternity with specialization in Payroll, Compensations and Compliance and still there for the last 20 Years. I also have my practice and right now associated with a leading staffing organization and an NGO whose vision is skilling, employability and employment. I Head the operations over there. Quite a challenging role to horn my Leadership Skills.
In an effort to give back to the society the experience and expertise, I decided to become a Coach and completed my PCC training with Coachaarya. I am Associated Certified Coach (ACC).
