I am proud of being a Gallup Strength Coach and have been using StrengthFinder for more than a decade with my corporate team and executive clients. Gallup StrengthFinder focuses on identifying and developing individual strengths, helping individuals to recognize their unique talents and how to use them to achieve their goals. I will help the clients to understand their own strengths and how to use them to their advantage, as Gallup refers to as “Name it, Claim it, and Aim it.” It is also a great way for teams to understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses and how to make the most of them.
