I have been coaching for more than two decades. However, it was only in 2022 that I embarked on a professional certification with ICF. I received my ACC credentials in February 2023. Since then, I have been coaching professionals, pastors, intercultural workers, staff of non-governmental organisations and postgraduate students. Without a doubt, it has been and still a real joy to see clients embrace their own clarity and move from a confused state to an empowered state. The satisfaction for both of us happens when we see the achievements of decisions made during the coaching sessions. Progress is addictive and life gets better. Sometimes, it is about the timing of the decisions and support needed to advance to the next phase. As a coach, I am here to walk with you.

There is a great satisfaction in seeing another person progress from a challenging life-position to be great and do great. Their achievements and life well-spent are the rewards for the coach’s investment of time, thought and compassion in their client’s life. Wouldn’t life be amazing when everyone is progressing together in their areas of expertise? What would leadership look like if leaders were coached to a self-discovery of better options and decide on the one that will benefit all?
