While professionally coaching since 2023, I have met men and women who attend the sessions feeling a little confused or dejected or hungry to have some clarifying moments in their life situations or in their leadership encounters. It is extremely satisfying to see a smile or an ‘a-ha’ moment at each session. I enjoy being in a win-win situation in coaching.
