I have been coaching for about two decades. However, I decided embracing the professional certification with ICF in 2022 and got my ACC in 2023. Since then, I have been blessed to coach professionals, pastor, intercultural workers and seminary students. It is a joy to see coachees who come in confused find the clarity that they need. In addition, when I see them moving forward because they are convicted and committed, there is a satisfaction that cannot be denied.
