Team and Executive Coach | Neurodiversity Awareness Facilitator | Founder, KJA Gaiety Solutions
Supporting inclusive leadership, relational systems, and cultures of care
Inclusion isn’t a checklist. It’s a practice.
Katie J. Adriano (she/her) is a Filipina team and executive coach, neurodiversity awareness facilitator, and founder of KJA Gaiety Solutions, a values-led coaching and consultancy practice focused on inclusion, leadership, and systems change.
She supports leaders and teams in moving beyond performative DEI by building relational, sustainable practices shaped by lived experience and systems thinking. With more than twenty years of cross-sector experience, Katie brings nontraditional ways of thinking and connecting into every space she holds.
Her work integrates executive coaching, diversity awareness, and systemic team coaching. She is Thrive’s first Instructor Partner in Asia for CPD-accredited Neurodiversity Awareness Training and the creator of Buklod Kapwa™, a team coaching journey rooted in trust, care, and shared clarity.
If you’re navigating complexity, team shifts, or the weight of leading inclusively, Katie offers a space to pause, realign, and lead with clarity. She walks with her clients, not ahead of them.
