I’m Katie J. Adriano (she/her), a Filipina team and executive coach, neurodiversity awareness facilitator, and advocate for neuroinclusion. I support leaders and teams in building inclusive practices grounded in shared humanity, not just performance. I bring nontraditional ways of thinking and connecting to every space I hold.
As the founder of KJA Gaiety Solutions, I bring over two decades of cross-sector experience in people development, HR, operations, and coaching. I’m an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Certified Diversity Coach, with advanced training in systemic team coaching, diversity coaching, inclusive facilitation, and workplace neuroinclusion.
My work is grounded in lived experience, systemic thinking, and the Filipino value of Kapwa — the belief that we are all connected, and that care is a shared act.
I currently serve as:
-
Chair and Country Lead, Institute of Neurodiversity (ION) Philippines
-
Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, ICF Philippines
-
Thrive’s first Instructor Partner in Asia for CPD-accredited Neurodiversity Awareness Training
I also designed and lead Buklod Kapwa™, a relational team coaching journey for groups navigating transition, disconnection, or seeking deeper trust.
My clients include business owners, leaders, educators, and teams across the Philippines, Asia, North America, and Europe. I create calm, culturally grounded spaces where reflection becomes action, and where inclusion begins with relationship.
When I’m not working, I’m usually tending to my rescue dogs and cats — the small systems that keep me grounded in everyday care.

At KJA Gaiety Solutions, inclusion isn’t performative. It’s relational. We honor each person’s lived experience and commit to creating spaces where difference is not just accepted but respected, supported, and centered.
We believe that diversity is not a checkbox, but a shared responsibility. This means unlearning, reimagining, and co-creating systems where everyone, across roles, identities, and access needs, can thrive. Inclusion is a daily practice, not a destination.
We don’t claim to be finished. We’re always learning. And we’re honored to walk alongside those doing the same.
As an ICF Professional, in accordance with the Standards of the ICF Code of Ethics, I acknowledge and agree to fulfill my ethical and legal obligations to my coaching Client(s), Sponsor(s), colleagues, and the public at large.
If I breach any part of the ICF Code of Ethics, I agree that the ICF, in its sole discretion, may hold me accountable for so doing. I further agree that my accountability to the ICF for any breach may include sanctions, such as mandatory additional coach training or other education, or the loss of my ICF Membership and/or my ICF Credential.

I’m happy, at peace, confident in what I am doing, and more driven to get things done.
“I experienced feeling anxious at times about whether I had made the right decision regarding my new career choice. I was also torn between being productive and wanting to relax. After working with Coach Katie, I gained a new perspective on my situation, and I felt lighter, happier, and more confident that I would be able to do the things I wanted to do without second thoughts.
Katie is a wonderful coach. You will definitely have a profound and, at the same time, enjoyable coaching journey with her.”
Jeanette Cua
Business Owner/Entrepreneur
I became kinder to myself by saying no and having boundaries. I prioritized health over work by letting go of toxic jobs which eventually contributed to my overall positive well-being. I took my fitness goal seriously and have noticed the positive changes.
“I was guarded at first out of fear of being judged, but over time I was able to share more of myself in an honest and unfiltered way. It helped that Coach Katie constantly communicated that I was given a safe space to express myself. My biggest issue was my weight and overall physical health. I am struggling to lose weight and stay fit. I feel at ease and at peace with myself when it comes to my fitness journey after every session. I took down notes whenever I gain new insights and discoveries. Overall, the coaching program helped me realize how health should be important above all, and I will be able to create more impact when it comes to everything that I do if I am healthier.
Thank you so much, Katie, for all the valuable input that you’ve shared with me throughout our month-long coaching session. More than that, I just want to appreciate how you’ve given me a safe space to express all my thoughts and worries and for never judging me for what I am going through.”
