Because every individual is unique, so is my coaching.

 

I can coach in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.  Usually, all my coaching sessions are online or by phone. However, I am based in Zurich and can occasionally do in-person sessions too.

As your coach, I will bring confidentiality, structure, and advice-free objectivity to our conversations.  Through deep listening, powerful questioning, and other tools and approaches, I will assist you in deeply aligning with your values and tapping into your whole potential to clarify your goals and aspirations, plan strategically, and catalyze the inner changes needed to make your goals and the results you want a reality.

Online Coaching Sessions

are simple, easy, and convenient.

 

For our coaching sessions, we will connect using “Zoom” – a simple, reliable online platform that does not require you to make any downloads or create a membership.

Over the Internet, our coaching sessions can happen independently of where you are in the world. All it requires is a computer (or smart device) and a good internet connection, and we are ready to start working together in real-time.

All you need to do is choose a date and time on my scheduling calendar page and you will then receive an email with a link to join the session at your chosen date/time.

You will schedule our coaching sessions easily and at YOUR convenience.

Solution Focused Methodology

 

My scientific background in Pharmaceutical Sciences led me to look for coaching methodologies based on research-backed principles that would protect the safety and integrity of my work.

 

Solution-focused coaching draws on principles from various scientific disciplines, primarily neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral science.

Integrating evidence-based techniques and theories from those sciences as well as the techniques, approaches, and principles among others from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and motivational interviewing, solution-focused coaching takes on a holistic approach focusing on coaching the whole person irrespective of whether the topic relates to work or their personal life, and aims to help individuals achieve their goals, enhance optimum functioning and well-being, and lead more meaningful lives.

From a cognitive-behavioral perspective, thoughts and behaviors are intertwined components of a person’s mental processes. This perspective posits that our thoughts (cognitions) directly impact our emotions and behaviors. For example, if someone consistently thinks negatively about their abilities, they may feel anxious or discouraged, leading to behaviors like avoidance or procrastination.

Fortunately for all of us, it has been scientifically proven that via a process called neuroplasticity, it is possible to rewire our brains by changing our thoughts. However, this can be a difficult process without support since left alone our brains tend to default to our old habits and thought patterns.

Coaching provides a supportive environment in which the coach works with clients to challenge existing thought patterns and help the client cultivate new ones which lead to more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Solution-focused coaching concentrates on using your strengths and resources to achieve present and future goals, rather than dwelling on past problems.

It’s a pragmatic and efficient approach that helps you improve your mindset, achieve personal and professional growth, and acquire new skills for managing your life more efficiently instead of feeling constantly self-sabotaged and defeated.
