About me

When I was a little girl, growing up in a very monocultural environment, I became extremely curious about everything and everyone that was different. As a teenager, I dreamed about having a career that took me around the world. I also had a passion for learning languages. Already back then I could not stand injustice and actively educated myself about my own blind spots. Three international relocations helped to understand what it means to be different and to be misunderstood.

Today, I turned my background in linguistics and communication studies and my experience of living and working in four different countries into a portable career. I use my curiosity for people and cultures and my passion for diversity and equality to help people and organisations leverage cultural differences. My skills as a certified professional coach serve my clients in creating tools to adapt their leadership and communication styles across cultures.

I feel privileged to work with the most inspiring clients and am humbled each time they invite me to be a part of their journey towards cultural intelligence (CQ), allowing people across cultures to feel seen and heard. Together we make this world a better place, one conversation at a time!
