I’m Liesbeth, I help global leaders manage across cultures
I combine my expertise as an intercultural consultant and trainer, my skills as an ICF certified Erickson Solution Focused Coach and my experience as an expat living and working in different cultures (Belgium, Austria, France and the USA) to help global leaders adapt and thrive internationally.
What I do
I help global leaders create cultural self-awareness and cultural intelligence (CQ) and give them tools to overcome culture shock and build bridges between different culture gaps. I help my clients move beyond the typical do’s and don’ts and instead help them leverage the differences in diverse teams and communities and build meaningful and successful (business) relations across cultures. The outcome is authentic adaptation, staying connected to your core values, while adapting your communication and leadership style across cultures.
