“Always in the making, never made”
As a Master Mariner by training and a seasoned Senior Executive, I bring over two decades of experience in building outstanding teams, growing and developing profitable shipping enterprises and new venture start-ups across three continents and diverse cultures. I am a caring and daring leader, uniquely equipped with hands-on expertise, visionary thinking, and a deep sense of purpose.
Beyond my executive career, I am an Adjunct Professor at one of France’s leading business schools, where I teach the elective “Leadership, Career, Values & Purpose.” Together with my students, I explore profound questions about what constitutes “A Life Worth Living.”
My coaching practice is grounded in a robust foundation:
- Alumnus of the Professional Goal-Centric Certified Coach Program at Concordia University, Montréal.
- Graduate of the Executive and Management Coaching Program at the University of Cape Town.
- Certified through the IKIGAI TRIBE Coach Program.
I am accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Gold Standard of ethical practice in the often-opaque coaching landscape. My commitment to professional excellence includes regular supervision and ongoing development to ensure I deliver the highest level of service to my clients.
What inspires me most on my coaching journey, is to partner with coachees to jointly make a difference in their world and the world at large.
My own goal is not to be better than anyone else. My goal is to be better tomorrow than I have been yesterday – to support you on your journey to reach your goals.
