Life doesn’t shift in a straight line—it unfolds in layers. Over time, I’ve come to see that many women are navigating not just one life change, but several simultaneously: career shifts, caregiving responsibilities, health changes, evolving identity, or redefining purpose after years of prioritizing others. These transitions often arrive all at once, and it can feel disorienting, depleting, or quietly overwhelming.

I became a coach not because of one pivotal moment, but through a life shaped by many transitions—some chosen, others unexpected—and years spent supporting others through their own growth and change. Coaching wasn’t just a career pivot; it was a soul-aligned path. I left the corporate life and all it represented and stepped into a new chapter—one rooted in purpose, presence, and a deep partnership with others navigating transition.

Through my practice, Intentional Reinvention, I offer a space to pause, reflect, and reimagine.
A place where clarity isn’t rushed, where self-trust is restored,
and where transformation unfolds gently but powerfully.

I’ve lived the tension between limiting beliefs and the desire to break free. I’ve sat with uncertainty. I’ve felt the quiet tug between what is and what could be. These lived experiences allow me to meet my clients not just with training, but with empathy, presence, and deep respect for their unfolding.

Clients often describe our work as grounding, illuminating, and quietly transformative. I blend practical tools with soulful presence so that insight becomes action—and change feels both supported and possible.
