My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching is a process through which the coachee (client), with the help of the coach, seeks answers, ways, methods to resolve his/her challenges.
Through coaching, we grow, develop and progress personally and professionally much faster than we would otherwise.

The responsibility for change, what and how much happens in the coaching process, lies with the coachee.

I always tell my coachees that as a coach I will do everything I can, everything I know, to support them as much as possible in their process, but I will do nothing instead of them.
Therefore, if they are serious about coaching, I suggest that they put on their “rainbow butterfly transformation slippers” as soon as possible, take ownership of the change process, and partner with me in the coaching process, and we will embark on the journey of change together.
