Business Coaching
To capitalize my 15+ years of corporate business experience as a senior leader in Human Resources, I primarily coach business leaders, executives and managers in the organizations. Based on my own experience as Human Resources lead, I have realized that unlocking leadership potential through the power of coaching accelerates performance, retention and well-being of leaders and their teams.
Leadership Coaching is a targeted, purposeful intervention that helps executives develop and maintain positive change in their personal development and leadership behavior. This is a “process” which involves partnership of three key stakeholders: the coach, the coachee (i.e. executive) and the sponsoring organization. Measurement of coaching intervention relates to the executive’s and sponsoring organization’s bottom line performance.

Business Coaching Process
I have designed and implemented business and leadership coaching in multiple organizations internationally. Based on my experience, Leadership coaching usually starts with an assessment to clarify and align what does your company want to achieve. We will discover and get clarity on tangible outcomes and goals.
Before we start the process of leadership transformation through the power of coaching, we might do a 360 degree feedback loop. Unlike traditional top-down appraisals, 360 feedback incorporates multiple perspectives from a variety of sources, e.g. manager, subordinate, peer, customer, self. Feedback from the 360 process provides an understanding of how a manager is perceived from different perspectives. Looking at the comments and themes guides leadership development and is a great start of the coaching process. In other words, this feedback helps us to point our toes in the right direction.
In conducting 360 degree feedback I partner with MTS 360. MTS has been at the forefront of 360 degree design and innovation for 30 years and operates worldwide.
