Having successfully completed my training in Integrative Coaching with Become, through the company I founded, Trusted Coaching by Saskia, I partner with clients to unlock their true potential and help them thrive. My coaching supports individuals and teams in strengthening their identity, building confidence, and developing resilience — equipping them to navigate today’s ever-changing world with clarity and inner strength.

🚀 With nearly 30 years in the automotive industry, I’ve developed expertise across supply chain, marketing, sales, portfolio management, and project management. My leadership journey includes serving as Director of PMO EMEA at Goodyear, later expanding to a global remit, where I shaped strategy and led teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
