I’m Saskia, a professional coach passionate about helping people grow their impact while staying true to their values.

My coaching is grounded in more than 35 years of corporate experience, including executive leadership roles, where I led international teams, strategic transformation initiatives, and a multi-billion-dollar project portfolio.
Today, I combine that business experience with professional coaching expertise in leadership, organizational, career, and performance coaching. My clients value a coaching partner who not only listens deeply and challenges constructively but also understands the opportunities and challenges leaders face in complex organizations.
Having navigated my own leadership journey as a woman in a male-dominated industry, I bring a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and the empowerment of others.
