Booking Sessions

I use Calendly as my booking engine, you’ll find links throughout this site to make bookings. Alternatively you can use this link too.

The initial session, Meet & Check In, is designed to allow you to determine whether or not we can work together. This session, which lasts for around 45 minutes is at no cost to you other than your time.

All other coaching sessions range between 45 minutes and 90 minutes depending upon what we agree in the Coaching Agreement.

 

Coaching & Service Fees, and On-Charged Costs

All coaching session rates are set out on my Rate Card, provided upon request. The Coaching Agreement you enter into will confirm the rate for your sessions.

There is no fee charged for the first Meet & Check In session which is at not cost to you.

My Rate Card also sets out the fees and charges for the other Services listed on this site.

Agreed Disbursements, Diagnostic and other fees are on-charged at cost.

Coaching Agreements

I work within the professional ethics guidelines designated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Therefore, I will enter into a written agreement with you, the Coaching Agreement, at the commencement of any coaching assignment. The agreement sets out: how we will work together, our commitments to the coaching process, ethics and confidentiality, fees, timing & cancellations and the term and termination of the agreement.

Fees

  • All coaching session rates are set out on my Rate Card and will be agreed with you in the emails exchanged between us, and as set out in the Coaching Agreement. These rates also include any pre and post session preparation and administration on my part.

Timing

  • An Invoice will be sent within 5 working days following each session, or as agreed, with payment due within 10 days of the date of the invoice.

Cancellations

  • For individual coaching sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, except in the case of sickness, will be charged at half (1/2) the full fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid to your nominated bank account within 5 working days of the agreement being reached that a refund is required. As sessions are invoiced following the session, unless agreed that sessions will be paid in advance, in which case a refund may apply if the Coaching Agreement is terminated prior to the prepayment being expensed.
