I wanted to be a teacher, I ended up becoming an economist, but I really found myself as a coach!

I worked in a multinational environment for 7 years, but after becoming a mother I became more and more interested in self-awareness. Who are we now? Who do we really want to be? What really motivates us?

That’s when I decided to do a basic coaching course, and when I finished, I knew for sure that I would never go back to work in finance.

I have attended many, many training courses since then.

I have a university degree in business and team coaching, and in addition  I learnt Gestalt methodology, action-oriented coaching, solution-focused coaching for children and teenagers. I have hundreds of hours of coaching and training behind me.

What I love and know best is helping people find their way, achieve their goals and overcome stumbling blocks.

I care about people. What it is about them that makes them who they are and who they really want to be. I chose this profession because I feel I can be effective in helping people who come to me to become their best selves and achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

In addition to coaching, I also work as a trainer, leadership and organisational developer and mentor.
