Coaching is a collaborative, ongoing professional relationship that helps you produce extraordinary results in your life and career. Through the process of coaching, you will deepen your understanding of yourself and be urged to apply what you learn. Clarity of your own goals and inner resources, and improvement in your work and personal life are outcomes of productive coaching sessions.

As a coaching professional, I have committed to adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics (copy available upon request) which covers both my ethical and legal obligations to clients, sponsors, coaching colleagues, and the public at large. In support of the coaching profession, I have also committed to ongoing professional development to continually increase my knowledge of the profession and my skills as a coach.

As your coach, I promise that all information provided will be kept confidential. Your willingness to be truthful is respected, and information coming from your coaching sessions is treated as a special confidence. This includes the secure handling and eventual disposal of all communications from coaching sessions.

When a conflict of interest arises, such as changing organizational roles, external relationships, or other interpersonal factors that might present themselves, it is the coach’s responsibility to present the potential conflict to you, as client, for resolution.  If necessary or at the request of the client, the resolution will be documented as an addendum to the current coaching agreement.

If additional clarifications are needed, please address those in writing to Coach Barbara
