Coaching Services
Individual Coaching
- Rates per hour: $125 per hour
- Initial coaching package: 6 sessions, delivered on a weekly basis
- Ongoing coaching: All coaching is extensible in increments of 3 months. Session frequency is at the discretion of the client, but can be either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Team Coaching
- Rate for 2-5 participants: $150 per hour
- Rate for 6-10 participants: $175 per hour
- Packages for team coaching are available on request
Coaching Education Services
While selecting coaching as a career direction is an investment that some individuals make, acquiring the basics of coaching skills can benefit everyone and enhance their interactions with clients, co-workers, family, and friends. Belón Research & Practice makes this training in listening and questioning coaching skills available in both on-site and virtual mode. This 12-hour course contains both classroom instruction and practices sessions where the client has the opportunity to apply the coaching skills covered.
