Priming the pump

An accomplished coach knows how to prime the pump when the well of the client’s imagination seems to have run dry.

Individual coaching sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes; they are scheduled in advance, typically at least two weeks apart and no more than one month apart. The fee is $125 per session; package pricing is available.

 

Team and group sessions

Sessions and pricing are negotiated based on the size of team or group and the number and length of coaching sessions. For example, the fee for coaching a team of five or fewer members through four 90-minute sessions would be about $1,000.
