We are seeing a massive shift in global Christianity, with vibrant, accelerating growth in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Asia Pacific regions (especially in Least Reached regions). To meet this moment, our strategy is to work directly with established indigenous leaders, empowering them through coaching to multiply disciples and equip new leaders in their own cultural context. We believe the Lord has distinctly called our team to collaborate with strategic partners in places where the Lord invites us.
Our Collaborative Model: Empowering Local Leaders
Instead of bringing our model, we are committed to empowering their vision. Our primary method is coaching—transferring skills and a multiplication mindset directly to these local leaders, enabling them to launch sustainable movements within their own nations. We are focusing on equipping leaders to become master trainers of a simple reproduce leadership development process, impacting disciple-making, and church planting.

Learnings and lessons: Christian Coaching
- Christian coaching is a relatively new concept in some areas of the world.
- Instead of a large-scale training event, we found that a Train-the-Trainer process retains quality from one generation to the next.
- Receptivity is high where disciple-making movements (DMM) and church planting movements (CPM) are happening.
