Who Am I?

I have a career story that has evolved from Engineering to Human Resources, then to Coaching and Entrepreneurship, believing in the power of the quote: ‘If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.’

Just like in my own life, since 2020, I’ve been serving as a Career and Team Coach with the ACC and now PCC credentials, awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), to accompany individuals on their awareness journey and encourage them to transform their mindsets, achieve their goals, unlock their potential and create a fulfilling career.

With the brand ‘Koçlukla Farket’, established in 2021, my aim is to increase the visibility of coaching and connect with you.

Take a step to start your transformation journey in your career with coaching that aligns with International Ethical Standards. Let’s meet and get to know each other.

I believe that your career doesn't have to be stressful and unhappy, but can be meaningful and enjoyable.
I believe in working more efficiently, not just working more.
I believe in being the best version of yourself, not in comparisons.
I believe in trying new paths and continuously learning, instead of doing the same thing over and over.
I believe in opportunities, not in impossibilities; in passion, not in excuses.
