Coaching 4 Education – Our Journey

As a passionate coach and educator who strongly believes that through both coaching and education we can make the world a better place, I will be sharing my journey and my vision around “Coaching 4 Education”.
Webinar Summary
The participants were very curious about my and my co-presenter Stephen’s journey into coaching, which made this webinar more interesting with insightful questions and discussions. The discussions were very fruitful, delving into topics around coaching strategies that are effective for educators, as well as skills that are beneficial for individuals entering the coaching space.
Participants discovered a community of educators passionate about coaching, and the progress that has already been made in Singapore International Schools. However, we also identified gaps that exist and how we can work together to bring the benefits of coaching to all schools around Singapore and internationally.
In summary, we learnt about being Present, and about the power of coaching in education.
