Deeper dive or relaxed discussion
Some clients prefer to have 90-minute sessions throughout their program. This makes space for our storytellers, our deeper divers and those wanting a relaxed pace in sessions. This can be decided before starting the program or midway through. There is an additional charge for longer sessions.
All packages include:
- A bespoke coaching plan designed just for you.
- One-to-one online coaching sessions.
- A free 30 minute discovery meeting before we work together.
Self-discovery package
This package is designed for those who want to connect to their values and strengths. Find out what is important to you and what energizes you. Pre-work is required before each session.
- 1 x 90-minute sessions and 2 x 60-minute session.
- Recommended readings and activities available on request.
- Payment required at time of booking.
- Ongoing coaching options available, including switching to the 2-month or 3-month packages.
- A 3-session virtual weekend retreat option is also available.

2-month focused kickstart package
This coaching package is designed as a fast-paced program of goal setting for those who are motivated, have a clear goal in mind and are willing to do some pre-work before we get started. It provides focused support on a specific challenge or goal. This package is designed to keep momentum going, with support available between sessions.
- Approximately 7 hours of coaching over 6 sessions.
- Initial 90-minute session to set the scene, understand the goal and set up a bespoke coaching plan.
- 4 x 60-minute sessions every 1-2 weeks. Option available for 90-minute sessions.
- 90-minute final reflection and learning session.
- Recommend weekly sessions for the first 4 weeks, then two fortnightly sessions.
- Email support over the 2-month program.
- Coaching package valid for 2-months (3-month option available).
- Bespoke coaching plan co-designed at the first session.
- Recommended readings and activities available on request.
- Deposit required at time of booking.
- Payment plans available.
- Ongoing coaching options available.

3-month transformation package (recommended)
This package is designed for those that want to create meaningful change and/or transformation. It provides the space for a deep dive beyond the initially presenting challenge or goal. The program is designed to keep momentum going, with support available between sessions. This is the recommended coaching package for the majority of clients.
- Approximately 11 hours of coaching over 10 sessions.
- Initial 90-minute session to set the scene, understand the goal and set up a bespoke coaching plan.
- 8 x 60-minute sessions every 1-2 weeks. Option available for 90-minute sessions.
- 90-minute final reflection and learning session.
- Recommend weekly sessions for the first 8 weeks, then two fortnightly sessions.
- Bespoke coaching plan co-designed at the first session.
- Email support over the 3-month program.
- Coaching package valid for 3-months (4-month option available).
- Recommended readings and activities available on request.
- Deposit required at time of booking.
- Payment plans available.
- Ongoing coaching options available.

Sustained high performance package
I also offer ongoing coaching packages to help maintain high performance and balance in the long-term. Options include:
- Fortnightly 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.
- Monthly 90-minute sessions.
- Quarterly 90-minute or 120-minute check-in sessions.
Pricing to be arranged at the end of your coaching package and will acknowledge our on-going coaching relationship.
Group coaching program
I also offer group coaching programs to support people with common interests or goals. Program include:
- Weekly 90-minute sessions.
- 6-10 week duration.
- Maximum 8 participants.
