I’m Sanam, a Life and Creativity Coach working with Iranian creatives and immigrants who are rebuilding their lives, their work, and their sense of self in a new country.

My coaching approach is called Artology, the art of adaptation. It is built on the belief that life, like art, asks us to stay curious, stay honest, and keep making something from what we are given. We work with awareness, imagination, and action to help you move forward in a way that feels true to who you actually are.

I bring this work not just as a coach, but as someone who is living it. I have spent more than 20 years in music as a singer, composer, and songwriter. I hold a Master Certificate in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. I know what it means to carry a creative identity across borders and to find it again in a new place.

My journey through migration, loss, and beginning again deeply shapes how I support my clients. Especially those who are searching for clarity, creative direction, and a life that feels like their own.

I hold the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential with over 400 coaching hours.

I believe every life is a piece of music. And each of us has an album only we can make.
