About me
I was born and raised in Montréal, Canada and have lived in Barcelona, Spain for the past 15 years.
As a coach I am committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards greater well-being, self-awareness and fulfilment. My areas of interest include sobriety, health and high sensitivity, with a focus on helping clients navigate personal growth in a way that honours their unique experiences and strengths.
I work with body-based approaches, such as Focusing, to help clients connect deeply with their inner wisdom. My practice also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles and mindfulness techniques. I work in English, Spanish and French.
