Well-being Workshop in collaboration with Claire Chardon and Madame Papillon
Spirituality:
‘The quality of being connected to religion or the human spirit.’
Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary
In recovery from burnout, I have taken great comfort in my spiritual practices when I was in need of calming down or regaining my balance, and indeed in order to reconnect with myself and others.
My spirituality looks like mantra recitation, and gentle writing and reflection on the day to come, morning coffee at my favourite coffee shop, and perhaps stroking the dog who is also a regular there, connecting with my own energy through music as I go through my day, being of service to others through friendships and through my work. I wrap it up in the evening by sharing a list of things I’m grateful for.
How do you connect with Your Human Spirit in the face of a burnout?
The idea behind this workshop is to explore how spirituality can provide comfort and grounding when everything seems unstable. We will explore what spirituality is – to you – and what it can be – and how you can use it to regain energy, inner calm and balance after a burnout.
If you are a woman recovering from stress or burnout, or know a woman who is, this workshop is for you/her. I look forward to seeing you there 🙏🏼
