Well-being Workshop in collaboration with Madame Papillon
How reflective and spiritual practices can resource you after a burnout and help you reconnect with both your body and your soul.
Reflection:
‘Serious thought or consideration.’
Oxford Languages
One of the main causes of burnout is often the lack of reflection and quiet time in our life.
We forget to stop and check in with ourselves, with our mind and our body. We fail to to take time to think about what we really want or if we are really happy.
We don’t stop, we keep doing rather than being.
This workshop is designed to help you build a reflection practice, with or without spiritual elements, meditation, journalling or creativity
We will also discuss what you need to carry it out – and how you can ensure space and time for you.
Come reflect with me and your fellow participants. You don’t have to figure it all out yourself.
Yours Tina
