Well-being Workshop in collaboration with Madame Papillon

Learn to identify and detach from the judging voice inside you and shift it to a kinder and more compassionate inner voice of wisdom. 

 

The way we talk to ourselves matters

Negative self-talk has many forms.

In burnout it can sound like:

“I will never be well again…”

“I am worthless…”

“I can’t do anything!”

“I have done nothing today!”

We know. We have heard that inner voice, sometimes on repeat, over and over again.

And it kept us from moving on.

There are, however, other ways of talking to ourselves, and we would like to share some of our own tips and tricks with you, including on the cultivation of self-compassion that we find so important for turning that critical inner voices into kinder and more loving words of wisdom.
