Free Meet-Up for People struggling with Overwhelm, Stress and Burnout
Coffee Mornings was born out of a need to have a meaningful way to start the week and separate it from the weekend.
Being in recovery from burnout, I found that while the rest of the world went off to work and school, I felt a bit lost at the beginning of the week, and left with nothing to do or with difficulties going ahead with the recovery activities I had planned. Considering how much it helps to talk to other people in the same situation and beyond, sharing experience, strength and hope, in October 2023 I therefore launched Coffee Mornings, an informal coffee meeting for people struggling with overwhelm, stress or burnout, currently working or not, as it may be.
In February 2026 we meet on the following dates:
Monday 2 February 2026 from 9.30 to 10.30 am
Monday 23 February 2026 from 9.30 to 10.30 am
