I am originally from Sweden but I define myself as International after living in more than 7 countries the last 20 years. Since years I am grateful to be living in Italy with my Dutch husband and two teenage children in the beautiful Tuscany.
When I am exploring, learning and explaining about different cultures, languages and traditions together with others I am in my best flow.
Early on I set up the goal of experiencing an international career and to grow in my leadership. My friends still reminds me of my goal as a young universtity student to one day run my own store as I am passionate about meeting customer needs and salesgrowth. I will never fogrget that day when I got the phone call and was offered the role as Store manager for the large IKEA store in Florence – my dream was realized and I loved it. From there new goals and dreams took shape and I am now experiencing the satisfaction of supporting other leaders in realizing their career and personal ambitions.
With my commercial as well as human resource management background on local, regional and global level I have a thorough experience in leadership and management of complex processes and cooperations on international level.
My strong belief in the talents and strengths of each and every one made me an appreciated leader. Coaching is something I have done for years in my role as a leader and it led me to formalize it as Certified Professional Coach to get the tools and methods I was missing. Now I can do what I absolutely love, support you in your growth to become the best leader possible to make more people grow and develop.
