Firstly, my approach is not a quick fix. I don’t offer any magic methods either. As a professional coach, I offer one-to-one coaching sessions, which means I provide a defined timeframe and navigate you through focused, in-depth conversations.
My main focus is supporting you in realigning your inner compass, which requires your patience, self-understanding and acceptance.
Conversation accounts for less than half of the coaching impact. You must take action based on what your decisions and commitments. You are the captain of your ship.

Born and raised in Japan, I grew up with concepts such as Zen, ikigai, and shinrin-yoku being deeply rooted in our way of life. With decades of experience leading global, multi-stakeholder initiatives in both Japan and Sweden, I support clients in navigating through intercultural encounters.
Drawing on my background in social sustainability, anthropology and animistic-based, mindfulness practices, I bring a unique flavour to conversations, raising awareness of biases and offering new perspectives to help you find your authentic voice.
