About Me

Throughout her professional career of over 34 years, Blyde experienced the full spectrum of poor leadership, Imposter Syndrome, being undermined and ignored, burnout, inadequate change management, and the effect of working in a dysfunctional team. However, she also discovered that she finds immense joy in helping others succeed and that everything revolves around human centred leadership, helping people break through the barriers that have been holding them back from shining, and enabling individuals to achieve great things by providing the resources and systems they need to succeed.
