Group Wellness Programs are designed to raise awareness, inspire, and motivate group interaction to facilitate learning, set personal objectives, and encourage individual responsibility.  This includes:

Primary Wellness for Groups

The Primary Wellness program is available for workshops or presentation (virtual or in-person) to groups of 3+. 

Primary Wellness is an evidence-based curriculum based upon the coordinated elements of Wellbeing:

1.My Food, My Stress, What’s the Link?  – Primary links between stress and food.

2.My Body, My Sleep, Time to Wake Up! – Primary links between stress and physical activity, stress and sleep.

3.My Purposeful Alignment. Resilience that Lasts!
