The Primary Wellness Program is for anyone wishing to better manage stress and improve health and wellness. If you are specifically struggling with:

  • Taking time for eating with mindfulness; nutrition or weight.

  • Prioritizing physical activity or movement as a daily routine,

  • Allowing yourself proper breaks throughout the day and a 7-8 hour night of sleep.

  • Understanding the links of all of the above with your demanding, stressful schedule.

The pace and expectations of our modern world challenge our wellbeing. I offer a customizable program based upon the coordinated elements of Wellbeing:

1.Nutrition: Diet and nutrition play a primary role in health, wellbeing and stress. Discover how to achieve your personalized goals around food to optimize resilience, stress, health and wellbeing.

2.Physical Movement:  Body movement plays a primary role in health, wellbeing and stress.

3.Sleep and Recovery:  Sleep is the foundation supporting our choices, habits, and routines.

4.Purposeful Alignment:  Identifying individual purpose plays a primary role in wellbeing, health and performance. Assess your core values and visions, both personally and professionally in order to feel empowered with action steps you can implement immediately to feel more aligned, more fulfilled, and ultimately, more clear on your true purpose going forward.

This program can be integrated into the individual coaching services.  I will partner with you according to your interests and goals to build an individualized curriculum complete with a workbook.
