This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
1. Data I Collect
I only collect the data necessary to provide leadership and career coaching services and to maintain my professional credentials. This includes:
- Information you provide to contact me.
- Records necessary to manage and document coaching engagements.
- Information needed to issue invoices and maintain financial records.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the GDPR, I process your data using the following legal grounds:
Performance of a Contract: Processing your contact and scheduling details is required to fulfill our coaching agreement.
Legal Obligation: Processing and storing invoices is required by Luxembourg commercial and tax laws.
Legitimate Interest: Maintaining a private coaching log is necessary for running my business effectively and tracking client progress.
Consent: Your explicit consent is required to include your details in my International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing log
3. ICF Log Disclosure & Confidentiality
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I maintain an electronic log tracking my coaching hours.
Data Included: Your name, email address, phone number, and coaching hours.
Purpose: This log is kept to prove my coaching experience for ICF credentialing or potential ICF compliance audits.
Audits: The ICF does not share your data publicly. If my log is selected for an audit, your data is viewed securely by ICF staff solely to verify the hours.
Anonymity: You have the right to refuse inclusion. If you do not consent, your hours will not be tracked and serve to advance or maintain my professional accreditations.
4. Data Security and Location
Your data is securely stored electronically using password-protected, encrypted local drives and a GDPR-compliant European cloud storage solutions featuring two-factor authentication (2FA). I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
5. Data Retention Periods
I retain your data only for as long as legally or professionally necessary:
Invoices and Accounting Records: Retained for 10 years to comply with the Luxembourg Commercial Code (Code de Commerce).
ICF Log and Contact Details: Retained for up to 5 years to complete my ICF credentialing and renewal cycles, or until you withdraw your consent.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data.

You also hold the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données).
